Ok so I have a 1998 a4, since I got the car a month ago the blower motor fuse would blow anytime the ac went on. It was not a big deal if no one turned on the ac or defrost on. Today once you turn the key on the fuse would blow with the climate control off or on. Here is what I have done,

Took blower motor out and tested, turned climate control off and turned key on and the fuse would still blow. I then unhooked the small blue wire on the ac compressor itself and the fuse would still blow. Any help would be great.

I also have a problem with the radio, every time I turn the car off the radio always goes to safe?

And the last problem I noticed while under the dash a large 40amp fuse labeled F was blown what’s this fuse for?

You need a bentley manual to check the wiring diagram. It sounds like a bad ground somewhere under the dashboard, those are impossible to diagnose without a multimeter and a wiring diagram.
