Default Fog light relay question

So a little background on the issue first. Since I bought the car back in October the fog lights have kind of just done their own thing when it comes to working. They would work most of the time, but occasionally just cut out. I finally bought a relay because this is the only reasonable thing it could be. So I removed the drivers side knee bolster only to find out there is nothing in position 10 of the relay carrier. My question is where the hell could the relay be hiding or am I just missing the obvious?

Here is a picture for reference:

Do you have a facelift?

The fog light relay is located inside the dashboard of the passenger side. You'd have to unlatched the dashboard compartment and pop open the passenger's, side bolster cover. You'll see it in there (black in color).

That's where it's located if you have a facelift.

I`m mid facelift (`99.5) so I shall check the passenger side tonight when I get home from work.
