Sorry. Not yet. I've been too busy to get proper output shots. I hope to soon.

I had some time today to get around to installing the retrofit fog and HID setup. I forgot to get pics with the headlights off, but the fact that you can see them with the headlights (55W 5000K FX-Rs) on is pretty good.

Stock halogen fog on the left, retro on the right.

Before someone says it, I need to adjust the rotation on my passenger side headlight. It's a work in progress.

The lamin-x certainly dulls the cutoff a bit, but I'm not really looking for a razor sharp cutoff on the fogs. HID setup is 35W 3000K. Without the yellow lamin-x, the cutoff would appear green...

Lookin' good! I hear you on the FX-R rotation... my passenger-side Mini H1 projector is also slightly rotated, but due to the curvature of its cutoff it's acceptable When will you have the driver-side fog retrofitted?

Now that I know how I want to do everything (that's half the battle), I should have it done after this long weekend.

I don't know how many times I checked and rechecked my rotation and I still ended up being off. You really can't tell just driving down the road, only when there is a vertical wall as a screen. Still annoying though...

Not a real update, but I decided I wanted a flat cutoff for the fogs. Don't really need a step that low to the ground.

Small setback on this project. I thought I had everything worked out with the passenger side so I could focus on the driver's side. I baked the housing open just like the other one. Came apart just the same. I left the lens on the counter to cool slowly. While cooling, it shatters.

Anyone know where I can buy just the lens? I don't want to spend $100 on a whole new housing when all I need is the lens. I did a quick search of the classifieds, but didn't see anything promising. I don't care if it's pitted as I can restore it before installation.

In the mean time I noticed that the passenger side had fogged up a bit. I'm not sure how/where water is getting in. I took it apart again and got everything dried out and then filled every joint with high temp silicone. If more water gets in I don't know what I'll do.
