You can take pictures if you want, but I can't imagine how they would help me to help you beyond telling you whether or not they're OEM. It can't be that hard to trace them and that's what you need to do. They'll go up and connect somewhere along the main headlight wiring bundle. And they'll also need a ground. Make sure all of that looks good.

electrical tape? Expandable foam? Cuts through the grille, rusted out screws?

 

The lamp mounts obviously broke and were repaired (horribly) before. Thy break easy on the inside. Mine were broken too but the repair/rig is unseen from the outside. That is terrible. I'd redo the mounts for the lamps somehow and fill in and paint the holes from the ghetto rig. At least paint the heads of those bolts black on the front of the grilles.

 

yeah it looks plain bad, im going to fix it somehow, Anywhere to buy new grilles for that?

 

I just realized your bumper grilles were cut to accomidate stock fogs. Sorry I skipped over that part of your origina post That suggests its a wiring issue.
