1999 a4 quatro 1.8t

How do you get the lower door hinge bolt out? I can get to the one inside behing the kick panel but am having major issues with the one tucked behind the fender. Do I have to take off the front fender?

 

I don't remember (it would help to have a bentley manual) i think its just a pin pressed in on most models, so a big *** hammer and a punch should do the trick.
Im just guessing though because you haven't given us a pic and i don't have the manual, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
