Front and Rear Valence...

What kind of screw is holding them in place? I'm about to run to Home Depot and I want to pick up the right tool to remove them, anybody know what it's called?

No idea what it's called. As long as you get the size close (if not correct) it should fit fine. The bolts/screws don't have to be perfect.
