There is a DIY out there - I forget which forum. Basically, relieve fuel pressure somewhat by removing the gas cap (to purge fumes). Put the rear on jackstands, take out the bolts that secure the front of the tank straps and pry the tank down. Jam a piece of 2x4 in there to hold it down. The filter is up alongside the tank on the passenger side. There's a bolt screwed into a plastic (!) nut that you need to remove. This bolt sucks. Cut the SOB off, open the clamp, and pull the filter down. Undo the banjo bolts at each end, make sure you get all four washers off, and replace the filter and washers with new ones. Start the car and rev it to test the banjos for leaks - deal with leakage accordingly. Once there's no leakage, put the filter back up, secure with a new bolt and metal nut, and reassemble everything. That's basically it. It's a frustrating job but not difficult.

I found the most frustrating part to be the tightening of the banjo bolts. I didn't even have to rev to see the leaks, they'll be there just from the sheer pressure of the fuel running through at idle. I think it should also be noted that you should lightly tighten the bolts and then put the fuel filter back into position so you can see how the fuel lines go back into place, then tighten accordingly.

I had a bit of trouble of tightening the bolts all the way and then the filter wouldn't sit exactly how it was before due to fuel line quirkiness. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
