Full belts and whatever I need replacement
I´m going to replace every f**king belt and whatever I need in my B5 (Ac belt, poly V, timing belt, water pump, tensioners and everything).
I usually follow the "do it right, do it once" policy.
So I thought buying blauparts kits to do it, but as I´ve read some complainings about them, I need to ask you for some help.
Is it worth? Am I going to blow my engine? lol
Really, I have no intentions of blowing my engine, I want to do it right. So what you guys recommend?
before ppl start "use Search tool", I´ve done it. But it was inconclusive. I need straight answers about B5 belt kits from ppl that drives B5s.

I've installed a lot of ECS timing kits and they've been very good. Recently on a few cars (including my own) I've started using FCP Groton kits since they are a lot less expensive. They use the same belts that ECS uses (Continental etc), metal impeller water pumps and so forth. Quality appears to be the same as ECS at a fraction of the cost. ECS includes G12 coolant and FCP doesn't, but I'm willing to buy a $25 gallon of G12 at Audi on my own and save a pile overall, since on a 30v ECS gets $369 plus s/h and my FCP kit was $193 shipped. None of the FCP cars has had an issue either. They are definitely worth being on your shopping list.

^^I'm with stupi--I mean Jeremy.
I used the blauparts kit on my old A4 and was very pleased with the quality of the parts. However, it ended up costing me over $300 with shipping. I got the same exact brand name parts from the FCP kit, less a t-stat housing and 3 liters of coolant, for around $170. I already had one bottle of coolant laying around, so I picked up that, and a t-stat housing from ECS for $20. You'd be better off getting these parts from the dealer to save on shipping, but none of the dealerships around me had the t-stat housing in stock. The only place I would recommend you stay away from is eBay. No telling what scum bag they got the parts from and its not worth the $50 you'd save if you end up having to do a $2k top end rebuild later.
As for metal vs. plastic water pump impeller, I'd go with metal if you can. I've read tech articles on the subject and supposedly the new plastic they started using to produce the impellers doesn't share the older version's penchant for fragging in your block, but do you really wanna take the chance? I've never heard of a metal water pump impeller exploding into tiny bits have you?

Just making sure you know our cars use a VAG specific type of coolant (G12) which when mixed with your generic green **** (ethylene glycol I think) will **** your **** up. May the Force be
