Fuses are located on the left side of the dashboard. When you open the driver's side door, you'll see a plastic panel on the side of the dash. You'll need to take off the panel. Once it's off, you'll see the whole collection of fuses and you can use the guide on the back of the plastic cover to locate which one it is.

Good luck.

Failure of the flasher relay is common. It's built into the hazard switch and costs $25ish.

^ What he said. It is a common issue for our cars.
