I had this posted on the regionals and no bites. Im looking to get an giac ecu flash for a 98 1.8t. I was wondering were everyone went to get theres around my area. Im looking for a dealer around the mass area that doesnt have to send out the ecu. Mass, RI, NH will work for me.

Thats it. One dealer in mass and one in NH. The dealer in mass doesnt have the cable for the flash hes trying to get it. I thought there would be more dealers.

 

There's always the option of sending your ECU in. Downside would be that your car would be out of commission until you get the ECU back.

 

Its gonna come down to sending it out, im still waiting on the dealer to get the cable for the flash, Has there ever been any problems when you start the car after getting you ecu back. Thats why I wanted a dealer incase it didnt go right, But im new to this so I dont know if that ever occurs.

 

I found a dealer in NH that said they can do it. Just gotta take a 2hr trip but im sure the 2hr drive back will be more exciting with the flash.
