Internal mods like rods and such that would be support for a big turbo.

QFT. With a reputable tune like GIAC, there's no need for internals on a K04.

Well I still have the k03 software, but is it ok to run the N75 race valve with the k04?
And I'm having problems keeping the inlet pipe on. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I would run the stock N75, that race valve is a POS. Should be fine if you want to keep it though.

Clean the inside of the inlet and the outside of the compressor housing with brake cleaner, then spray hair spray inside the inlet where it contacts the compressor housing. It will stay liquid and slippery long enough for you to get them together and get the clamp tightened, then act like loc tite.

If you run the MS3 turbo with larger Compressor and turbine there is a chance or reaching a critical point for the construction of our OEM connecting rods. Just saying there have been rare cases of bent rods on a standard VW k04 upgrade. Who's to say a more breathable K04 like the MS3 Turbo wouldn't destroy your internals.

i would junk that heap of metal. seeing how shiny it is, it probably is a chinese turbo. it doesn't matter how you rebuild that thing. the housing is either gonna crack or the chra is gonna be shreaded to bits and you might suck some metal bits into the engine. then you'd be fucked

Shiny is not always a bad thing. Ceramic coating can show up shiny, but in all seriousness, there are plenty of Ebay turbos that start on fire.
