Is this a good deal??
I was on facebook today and a girl I went to high school with posted a classified for here car
Selling my 1998 Audi a4 FWD. It has an after market PES G2 supercharger that has around 50,000 miles on it. Car itself is 140,000. I am the third owner and had spent most of it's life in Georgia before I got it in the fall of 2008. Black ext with black leather interior. Power windows and locks I have fixed basically EVERYTHING in the past 3 years, it just needs new brake pads. Trying to sell it to an audi enthusiast so they can appreciate it's potential. I have detailed service records as well. Dealership is offering me 1800 on a trade so if you can do more it's yours! Message me if you have questions THANKS!
I'm wondering if it is worth buying? I have a good knowledge about cars but I'm not very familiar with Audi's in particular? Anything to look out for?

if you asked me. It sucks that its not a quattro, but it does have a supercharger already in it which would entertain me for years
worth a look at the service records at least. if belt/pump, tie rods, arms and all that other fun **** on an audi that likes to fail has been replaced, may be worth 2gs. Read the FAQ
I would ask who installed the supercharger..

00-01 Audi A4 Supercharger Kits from PES Superchargers at Andy's Auto Sport
i think thats it - they arent cheap new. If you got it for 1200 or so, and part it out, you could prob make some good loot lol

I'd buy it for that much. My car has 137k on it (V6) and it's still solid. I think it's a steal for 1500. Yeah, sucks it's FWD but at least it'll be quicker than the same 2.8 supercharged quattro. FWD a4's are what, like 200LBS lighter than their quattro equivalents? That's a good 2/10ths of a second in the 1/4 mile.
- Is it manual?
- Has the T-belt and other parts that go along with that job been done?

Not sure of the updates or new parts because I haven't seen the service sheets but I assume it has been done. If not I'll be doing it first thing. It is a 5 spd manual. I maybe interested in Selling the charger. If interested pm me a offer.
