HOLY CRAP! I found an O-Ring on the floor last night! Thank you dragon rage!

God, I can be intelligent enough to do my own timing belt service, but stupid enough to throw away an o-ring before I finish a project. Time to go dumpster diving!

WOW!!! Way to go Kayakman! With most cars, if you end up with a part of two left over, usually it runs better. I'm not sure about the whole Audi thing though. Were you trying to do some weight reduction or something? haha... (don't worry, I'm due a T-belt when I get back, and I know I will run into all sorts of problems while I'm in there).

No, I just thought it was an old gasket from the thermostat. I have a small garage and it got a lot of foot traffic during the build. I tried to stay organized, but I guess I assumed it had gotten kicked from my old parts pile.
Its all good, I've got a few extras. Should be driving the B5 today! I'll let you know about my review for the APR snub mount and the Forge SPLIT-R. Anyone have any good info about tuning my valve though? I read Forge's notes, but its still a little murky to me. (The valve has an adjustable spring rate/stiffness through a click wheel at the top.
