It's hard to read from the pictures, but it has a part number on it... it's the number that starts with "058......"

I think this might be it, but double check the part number on the part:

It is the rubber elbow for the Secondary Inj Air 058 133 785 B. With it broken like that you should be getting a code and probably CEL. if that doesn't fix your problem you need to check the SAI injection pump and the combi valve at rear of motor at firewall. Been there, done that.

the other is indeed 058 103 493 A for the PCV system. Call the Stealership first for a price before you order these and pay shipping. I've bought both at the stealership. and buy hose clamps at walmart on your way home.

Or just rip the SAI system out of the car LOL.
I did... to me that system is worthless. It has a bunch of parts that may break over time (like this one), it's a pain to service, it can get in the way when servicing other things, it adds weight and complexity to the car, and my favorite part: it only runs for something like 30 seconds on COLD starts! Definitely not worth it to me.

But, you'll get a CEL removing it unless you have the ECU programmed accordingly.

I thought you younger guys were trying to save the whales, reduce pollution, and cut some CO2. by welcoming the emission stuff on your audis and other vehicles. ..... I know, just kidding. Hell, Cali banned two stroke dirt bikes.

Thanks for the help.. ya. it looks like it is the air inj system.. i haven't been getting any codes for it... atleast i don't think I have.... and I'm sorry but what does CEL mean? I've been getting what i think is the brake pads worn light on the dash lcd for the past few weeks... but my screen is garbage and cracked like that elbow... lol
Here is a pic of the dash light... could the elbow be causing this?

CEL - Check Engine Light. That would show up on the left side, inside your tachometer. Looks like a engine with a little lightning bolt through it. Hard to tell what the screen is saying, but your probably right with the brake pad warning.
