Default GOT SMOKE?

Car smokes blueish color only after sitting for a long period of time; long weekend or an extended week. After start-up, car will smoke for about a minute then goes away. Replaced turbo at 80k with a USED lower-mileage turbo; always seem to have oil in intercooler plumbing and intake hose even with the replaced turbo. Replaced PCV valve too; seem to also havesome oil on the underside of the valve along with some water (condensation??) that usually drips out. No oil consumption or oil in coolant reservoir; no DTC's, no oil consumption. At one point during an extended period that the car sat, two weeks or more, could not get the care started at all. Car turned over with spark and wet plugs; sounded like it had no compression to fire off. Finally got it started after cranking for a while, smoked and then ran great. Boost has been very inconsistent as well....seems to always smoke too after a a good rain...?? Iknow, doesn't make sense. Any help would be greatlyappreciated as always; thanks again guys.

Are you using a synthetic engine oil with 40 in the weight,
like 10W-40 or 0W-40?

5W-30. Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic since I have owned the car. Thought I was getting excessive blow back from a bad PCV valve but I replaced that including the return back into the engine block as that rubber tube was shot; bad exhaust smell in the engine bay. Now, all issues are fine from that.

Smoke after sitting is typical of bad valve-stem seals. However, on a turbo car, the turbo is more-likely the culprit if it's smoke due to oil.

Pull the spark plugs and look at each one and the top of each piston for oil fouling or carbon build-up.

You have a tip, so out of curiosity, how's the oil level of the trans?

What's all involved and how involved would replacing your seals be?
