im sure some of you know about the HP/G-force app. you can put on your iphone. well im broke and dont have an iphone, but my buddy does and im gunna see him tommrow nite. were gunna test the HP my car puts out. we did it with his car (IY MK4 GTI 20thAE, APR stg3 kit) and it was off by 1 hp from the dyno run we did minutes before. on the dyno he made 374hp, the iphone said 373hp.

so heres the stats on my car:

-99.5 a4 1.8T AEB engine 5speedMT and quattro.
-speedtuning chip, 20psi spike, 16psi holding
-FMIC
-Forge OO7pDV
-machined block(honed and balanced)
-balanced crank
-SCAT rods
-20mm piston rings
-Port/Polish head
-Stronger valves and springs, not sure of the brand sorry.
-NKG plugs
-Stock Cam
-stock airbox
-stock turbo
-exhaust has a cat. and nothing else


im pretty sure thats all i have.

so...anyone care to take a guess??

 

Your gonna have to weigh the car for it to be accurate... A guess at the weight isn't enough for that app.

 

good point. theres a scale near my house. ill check the weight.

but to help w/ the estimations, i have no excess weight in the car(subs ect.) and the spare is out. i weigh about 140lbs.

I guestimated my weight on my car at 3450 w/ me in it I think. Result was like 130hp.

my car is around 4300 lbs how is yours lighter!

 

You weighed it? I got my number off someone that had just weighed there stock car at about 3300 and then added 150 for me. Mine is probably a good 200 lbs heavier w/ the leather and 2.8l engine
