head gasket a4 b5

how much horse power can a stock head gasket hold? whats a good chip for the b5 models? and would i need new injectors for the t3or t4 turbo?

Yes you will need larger injectors, no way possible the stock 210cc/270cc injectors are going to give you enough fuel for a T3/T4. Even with a K04 tuners go with slightly larger injectors and most use 415-630cc injectors just for the little Elim kits.
