Default Headlight question...

I was wondering what you guys thought of these headlights. They seem to me to be legit..
I asked the guy what brand the balasts were for the hid's but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. The link is below... Thanks

2-peice projectors look like crap. Go for some 1-piece peojectors....

I gotthe same and they came withPhilips ballasts, but they came wired incorrectly. An afternoon and a 12 pack does the trick though, they look great. 1 piece projectors don't fit well on 96-99s, which is why I opted for the 2-pc. With eyelids you can barely tell the difference.

I don't think they lok like crap, but again it's all in the details.A set of 1 piece headlights really update the front end IMHO. Some easy trimming in the fender ad 1 piece headlights fit like a champ.

Default RE: Headlight question...

I have the black version... They were good except the following:

1.) The leveling screws on top broke (the gear just kept slipping) so i had to use my fingers on the back of the housing (youll get what I mean when you get them)

2.) MAKE SURE you silicon the outside... I did a real good job on mine i thought.... however\\; one works and the other fogs up when it gets a car wash or rains hard but it dries out in a day or two.&nbsp\\; Ive had the thing out numerous times and i cant find where the moisture is coming in.&nbsp\\; So even if you seal them they might fog.

3.) Make sure you flip the mirror switch in there (once again youll see what i mean when you get them) otherwise the cutoff point isnt quite right.

4.) The cutoff point isnt as smooth as most.

However im still glad i bought these instead of a 700 dollar set of 1-pieces or non hid 1-pieces from ebay.
