Default Heated Seat Question

I've had my A4 for a little over a month now. Even though the weather is getting warm now, I have had a problem with the drivers side heated seat. It takes forever to warm up, where as the passenger seat warms up in minutes. Can the heating element be replaced, or is the heating element inside the seat itself?

Cheers,

Jim

Default RE: Heated Seat Question

I have a feeling it's not integrated into the foam of the cushion if that's what you mean by "inside the seat itself". It's most likely a replaceable item in that it's not physically part of the seat. However, I don't know whether or not it's an item that's available by itself. A dealership should be able to tell you.
