Unhappy HELP!!! 99.5 k04 & upgrade car problem PLEASE HELP ???

Hi, i have a 99.5 a4 1.8t... borg warner K04-15 turbo, inmotion tuning chipped K04, 5 bar neuspeed fuel pressure regulater, bosh diverter valve, k&N filter, manual boost controller turbo xs, i have stock exhaust. I have no idea what is going on??? when i go up a steep hill at normal speed my car studers and my boost cuts on and off??? also when i am driving at 50 mph and push the pedal down the boost will rise quickly and make the car detonate or lagg? but when im racing staight a ways at full throttle first gear to third there is no problem??? my boost is at 22 and tamper down to 10-15 psi is that right??? please i know there are some out there that might been there before so i need alot of help do the boost different when 30 deg. vs 70 deg. do i have to adjust boost when weather change???

first of all you shouldn't be boosting 22 and then holding 10-15. you should be holding 17 at the least. check your dv, it might be ripped. you don't have to adjust the boost due to weather.

I found that the manual boost controller makes the car a lil jerky in the first place. I actually perfer it with the stock N75 valve in place.
