Default Help axels?? or wheel alignment

OK this is whats happening...
i live in Ny and the last couple of days it has been snowing.. That being said i found a park that had a new white coat of snow.. i went around the park looking for an opening, I came across a little snow ramp and it jumped the curve.. ( didnt hear anything scrap or anything)... I got in the park and went through a couple of donuts.. and then left.. anyways when i was going back home i hopped in the highway and noticed that there was alot of vibrations in my car... my cheeks were jigglying.. what might it be??? wheel alignment or do i need axels..

First of all, have you driven it since you got home? This may sound too crazy, but the same thing happened to me last winter...when doing doughnuts, you actually throw snow up and the wheels grab the snow...when I got done, there was snow completely packed inside the rims resulting in horrible balancing of the wheels! Think about it..snow is very heavy and those wheel weights they use weigh nothing but make a huge difference...

Once all the snow melted, the ride was smooth as before for me

yea thats most likely what happened.. one day after driving thru unplowed roads, i got out and cleaned my rims out as best i could so it wouldnt be unbalanced.. got on the highway and had baaaddd wobbling.. when i got to the bar and looked, there was hardly any snow in there.. but there was some so i cleaned it out and the wobbling went away completley.. its just the snow in the wheels i bet

In my case I think I have actually knocked a wheel weight off playing in the snow haha.

As someone from the UK who now lives in Michigan I can relate to this problem 100%.... As well as the Audi A4 i own, we also have a Brand Spankin new 2009 Rav 4 Limited, and whilst on the highway we couldn't go more than 55 without MASSIVE vibration throughout the car......

I was all ready to take it back to the Stealership, when someone at work pointed out the snow / Ice packing in the large Alloys !! After one hell of a clear out, and loads of warm water, problem was solved......

Haha thats good. Turn's out mine didn't lose a wheel weight this time (last time it did) but it was very smooth even at 90 today haha.

Yep, common problem, and it'll scare the hell out of you because it's not immediately apparent what's happening. Glad it was only snow and nothing worse.
