That's not the solution, torque wrenches aren't much help with crush washers. Spark plugs are incredibly easy to torque down, just keep going until you feel a significant change in resistance. It might feel like you're cross threading but that's only the washer compressing, you'll know exactly when it's crushed as long as you don't rush it.
