Default Help with Diverter Valve

Hi, there;

Need help selecting a DV. Have a 98 A4 1.8T Quattro and just replaced the turbo. I put a stock K03 back (used w/low miles) and since that'll be completed fairly soon and I'm planning to get a chip, I decided to change the stock DV, since the car has 180,000 miles on.

I need suggestions on what DV to buy. I've heard the N710, but I'd really appreciate your opinion. I'm not planning on tunning the car much more than that (no turbo upgrade, no injectors, no FMDIC...at least it's not in the plans). Since I'm gonna replace the DV, I don't want to put a stock one, I'd like something that would make it easier to breathe with the chip.

Thank you for your help,

Fabian.

I really don't need much, but since I'm replacing the turbo (for K03 OEM standard),I might as well replace the DV and reduce the chances and since it's old and stock. For what I understand then, both the Forge 007p and the APR R1 would work...especially when I'm not planning on pushing the tunning to the limit, but only adding a chip. Thank you for the info and opinions, I appreciate them. Anything else I should know about? Any other DV I should consider? Any preferences?

both of them will be fine. You wont have to replace either of them even if you do make upgrade turbos
