Having already paid them $150 to diagnose it, they sort of have you over a barrel. By the time you buy the DV and have someone else put it in, you'll be out about $300 (including the $150 you paid already), so it's not much more to just have them do it there (assuming they'll credit you the diagnosis fee like the dealership I go to does). I would see if they'll work with you on the price at all.
I got mine from ecstuning.com for $90 shipped and paid my mechanic $20 to put it in (he's awesome) since I didn't feel like messing with it.

the dealer also said my sparkplugs are going bad they want $96.00 + $372.00 =$468.00
i could buy the sparkplugs(bosch)around $40.00 at ety parts and i already bought the DV
for $60.00,the shop that will put both thing for me around $80.00 so total i pay $180.00 +
already pay at the dealer$150.00 so only $330.00 compare $468.00
