whenever i am driving under 20 miles, my car makes somewhat of a cracking, cranking noise, almost like something is grinding. i dont feel it in the weels or in the steering wheels. i dont get any jerks or bumps.

o it makes a few noises when going straight, but it makes a lot of cracking noises when i am turning, or turn the steering wheel.

im at 130,000 miles, i just drove 2 300 mile trips

and just recently the dash has been flashing "Inspection service" under the miles, but i heard that the car just sets those off at preset miles and you dont have to worry about it if you are on your own schedule.

any help please?!!

 

no one has anything? i bet this has happened to a lot of people....
