HELP!!!! Which ones are better for HIDS or just in general?

i would do the depos'........... but i would make sure to run a nice bead of silicone around the seal to keep the lights from sweating

and why not one piece?

Be careful with Depo... they also do business on the web as vvme.com. They are in China and their product is NOT top quality. I had a bulb and a balast go bad. It cost me $35 each time to have replacements shipped. Rip-off.
