High beems dont work

High beems dont work

Hey i have a 1998.5 audi a4 202,000 miles i am having promblems with the highbeems if i pull it back the high beems work but if i push it forward it clicks but the high beems do not work any help please?

Warranty Work and they dont know what it is so they dont wanna fix it.
