Default High-flo cat help

Well I am upgrading my FMI as well as my exhaust next month but I am having issues sourcing a high-flo cat. Can anyone find one that isn't a million dollars? B5 1.8T 97. Cat comes right off turbo...
Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

I live in California though...so I am a bit concerned. I have my stock cat just in case, but I really don't want to have to install and un-install it every two years
