ya.... got maybe 2 miles (1st time in 4th and 5th actually) before i noticed it... and the last time i drove it prior was a 150 mile trip back to school mainly all in 5th gear... no problems what so ever...ever actually that i can remember, and i never once dumped the clutch for any reason cause i know a 150hp AWD car doesnt need to prove to anyone how it can launch... cause it doesnt really. and now that i have 200 (chip / borla) i actually wouldnt mind pulling against someone its atleast respectable ha

oh and BTW, for the 20 mins i drove my car this morning after install i was instantly in love with her, i recommend SpeedTuning to anyone, although i have never tried GIAC or APR or anything, i was very, very over impressed with what a little software tweak could do for my car

hey 1.8t did you do your clutch replace solely by yourself? or howd you get that done? just curious thanks

Yeah I did it in my garage on jack stands. I had most of the tools and just did it slowly over a couple days as I watied on parts, etc. Neighbor loaned me his heavy duty floor jack to drop/raise the tranny. It's still sort of down because I need a brake light switch, suspension and a control arms pretty badly.. Not to mention a few other things. I try to take it for a spin every couple days to keep the blood flowing.
