And the selonoid it's for the SAI

 

The EGR valves do not function if the SAI solenoid you refer to is not operating properly.

The other N249 solenoid controls operation of the Diverter Valve.

If your missing the vacuum canister, find one and install it.

The valve has 3 ports for a reason.

 

I know there's three ports for a reason but the port for the vacuum canister according to your diagram is off of the rear port I need the front port location cause if I hook up a canister to the front then it's technically wrong from your diagram thus still throwing check engine light for incorrect flow
