ok- i tried a quick search and couldnt find anything.

both my 98 and the one my buddy just picked up make a terrible screeching noise when we roll down the windows. it didnt start happening to me until it got hot and dry outside this year.

Im pretty sure its coming from the window trim/weatherstip/wiper thingies but I dont know how to fix it.. anyone got the hot idea for me???

wax the window , seriously , clean the window , then wax it with any type or automotive wax.

 

cool. i will give it a try, it sure does need a bath anyway after the dust storms we've had lately
