Default how do I unflood my engine?

My engine is flooded with gas and won't start. Anyone know any way to get the gas out of there?

take the plugs out and let it sit overnight and you should be fine by the mourning. just make sure nothing happens to fall into the sparkplug hole while its chillin there

pull the plugs, clean them off
the take out the fuel pump fuse and crank the engine over
crank it over for a while without plugs in it first

then put the dry plugs back in and crank it over (fuel pump still dissabled)

a faster way is to throw match on each of the plugs holes AHAHAHAH

DONT DO IT its a joke. Let it sit overnight the gas will evaporate.

that sounds like a decent idea actually. dont worry i won't try it.

i hope the air doesn't condense into water in the cylinders as the temp drops while i let it sit with the plugs out.

that doesn't involve any fire though. fire is cool.

i was thinking about rigging up a turkey baster with a tube and sucking it up.

if i were to light the turkey baster when i'm done, it might work as a flamethrower.

I have no idea how it got flooded..

It hasn't started for a week. The vacuum line connector on my FPR broke, so I ran it a little while with that disconnected. I shut it down and since then it wouldn't start. The vac. line is fixed now though.

I have a misfire that I've been trying to fix, but that's hard to do when the car won't run. I'm getting a spark on all plugs, so I have no idea why the fuel didn't ignite.

I had the water pump and timing chain tensioner gasket replaced.. I really hope the mechanic set the timing right.. because I can't figure out what else could possibly be making it misfire.
