If i had to venture a guess, I would say around 700F. But then again that was pulled from nothing.

No kidding? Little bastards get pretty hot lol. Is that for the giant sized turbo you've got or do they all run about that high?

is this a "just because i'm curious" kinda question or do you actually need to know for somethin? If its the latter you might think about drilling and tapping the mani for a EGT sensor/gauge setup?

the bolts that hold my turbo to my mani keep coming loose after like two weeks for some reason... i couldnt find ANYTHING else that went up even past 500F... permatex's hottest rated stuff they offer is 500F

sucks it was $40 but whatever itll be nice to not ever have to worry about them again...

yeah those would be EGT's inside the manifold, so the manifold temps will be slightly lower then that. The HPC coating for turbo manifolds/dp/housings is good for 1600-1700 degs.

Flynn - If you have bolts that keep backing out you might to look at using a APR bolt which you can tq down to about 40-45 ft lbs. If your not making them that tight they will always back out.

this will be the easiest way i think... in order to get the bolt out of the back i have to pretty much take everything out minus the exhaust mani.... (poorly designed log manifold ugh... need to upgrade soon for my own comfort...)
