Default HVAC head cycling

I had the intercooler piping come off at the turbo and while I was in there I noticed the A/C clutch line and diverter valve line was cut from being too close to the A/C pulley. I repaired it with a butt connector and it seems to be holding. After that I noticed the HVAC head was showing the fan indicator going up then down and cycling this way with no fan blowing.

VAG COM HVAC Module codes:

00792
00532
01273

I've put in a new trinary sensor and switched the entire fan out for a different one. I cleared the codes but, they come right back. I've seen threads like this before and followed some of their fixes, but so far nothing is working for me.

Ideas?
