it cranks for a few seconds, then dies out, as in slowly stops cranking? Have you tried jumping it?

I think he just means that it cranks, but won't start. Since he said he got a new battery, I don't think jumping would help. I'm leaning more towards a fuel issue.

It cranks for about 2 seconds then the cranking just dies out. Its possible it could be the fuel pump, but yeah i tried jumping it before i got the new battery and nothing. then got the new starter and still nothing. im not sure what it could be.
