short shifter showed up in the mail yesterday. If this lame hurricane holds off i might be able to get it installed this weekend. As long as I've got the shifter surround out to do the install, i'm gonna sand down all the scratches and paint it black to match the rest of the trim around the radio and HVAC controls. It's gonna be nice to have a shorter throw again

is it really a short shifter as in changing the links or is it just s shorter shifter.

The shifter itself is shorter, yes. But it also comes with a new linkage as well. Supposedly shortens the throws about 30%, but I don't know how realistic that number is but for $23 I'm not complaining lol
