Oh I didn't see that part about the headlights. If you want, I've got a extra set of headlights you can put on the car to trade in. You can just send me either set as replacement as they are my back up.

Let me know if you wanna go that route.

Don't bag it! Unless you just plan on cruising the car. Depends on what your plans for the car are i guess, if BT, naturally airbags aren't the best suspension choice.
