Default i smell buring oil and exhaust fumes

So about a month ago my car started to smell like burnt oil in the engine bay after i finished driving it,. Also when i drive hard and come to a stop i smell exhaust fumes (the smell when you floor your car in a cold start). My oil is 50% gone, i have no oil leaks, ive checked multiple times on a lift. Any ideas?

Correct me if im wrong, but i doubt its the turbo. Car still drives great, does not amoke, no cracks on the turbo or signs of anything being wrong, and when i checked it last month there was no shaft play.

Sorry, I was asking if it was a turbo. Possible oil cooler, they are know to cause bad head gasket like symptoms. Eats oil

Oh sorry, i should have been specific. If it was an oil cooler wouldnt my.oil temp be higher than normal? Because as of now its normal. Also last month i used thinner oil, 5-30 instead of 5-40, but i doubt that thats the issue.
