Idle problem!

I would try cleaning the throttle body now using some TB cleaner..

Sounds like a plan. Don't have / know who sells TB cleaner. Is brake cleaner fine?

brake cleaner is ok if you plan on taking the TB off the car, TB cleaner has some oils in it to lubricate the parts and its ok if you get some in your intake. brake cleaner is pretty harsh and removes everything from the surface including lubrication. unless its really really dirty that probably isnt whats causing your problem. i would look for cracked vacuum lines or anywhere air can get into the intake. if you can find a bottle of TB cleaner its not a bad idea to spray some up there. any auto store should have it.
