Just about done with the replacement of the vaccum lines on my 2001 A4 quattro. Working from back to front and getting to the IMT valve the vacuum line is very bad. I cannot tell if there is a nipple coming out of the valve or is it recessed. This is a 2.8 30V. I old line bends flush with the valve. Thats why I`am wondering broken nipple or recessed. Thanks for any help.

 

FYI the barb is recessed removed the coil pack and IMT to get a much better install.
