1. My display has some lines that don't seem to work all that well. The screen is kind of garbled.

2. My Cruise Control does not turn on at all.

Are these related issues like a problem with the computer? Or is it 2 seperate things like the CC switch and then just the display going out and I need a new cluster anyway?

but your answer to your questions..heres what will come up if you use the 'search' feature

1. DIS Display. common, replacement = $400. You could check the wiring if there are any corrosion. But no matter what there will be some straight lines that are black.
