Inside Quattro Decale

The chrome sticker on my quattro decal inside is pealing. anyone got any suggestions? is this peice removable and replaceable?

There are 2 pins in the back of the emblem that go through the trim piece, you can grind them away and the emblem will pop out. Then pop the new one in and superglue the pins where you ground them down.
