Default Bad Turbo? Vid inside!

So i went to go do some logging for maestro since i had been experiencing knock on the base file.
i turned the timing down and tonight i went to log.
I did a full throttle in second, and then in third i experienced small misfires.
I turned around cause i forgot to check my AF while doing it. So i did one last pull in 2nd gear and when i came to a stop i heard this awful squeaking noise.

i took it easy home and when i got in the driveway i took this video.
Don't have time to take it apart tonight.
Ill look at the turbo more tomorrow.

The best way to describe it is like a loose belt, mixed with a mad cricket and has a metal on metal noise.
If i let it sit at idle for awhile the noise dies down until i hit the throttle up again.
And i noticed oil on the valve cover i just cleaned yesterday.

I went out and spun, wheel in the compressor housing and it spun freely.
I'm pretty sure the seals were going out prior to this because every now and then i would be sitting at a light if i hadn't gotten into the turbo and i would see some blue smoke.
But it was pretty rare and was very delayed.

I tightened up the banjo bolt but i think that oil had been escaping from it and possibly starving my turbo.
I found a shop that does a regular rebuild, balancing, seals and ect... for 395$ called alamo turbochargers.
I think it may be a wise decision to take it in, but they said when it comes to parts, precision tends to have them not as readily available as others on the market.

Ok! i have good news!
The turbo has almost no shaft play at all and the wheel spins freely.

So i thought maybe the diverter valve was making the noise so i crawled under the car to see and it got louder, but it wasn't the diverter valve.
i looked up at my pulleys and the accessory pulley off of the front of the crank was wobbling and looked like it was about to fall off. I Nearly Phit my Sants

I will pull the front bumper later to see if the bolts came loose or if the pulley is bent somehow.
But that will not be until later tonight or tomorrow.
