Installed Missing Door Molding
My A4 was missing the door trim on the drivers side front and rear doors when I bought it almost 2 weeks ago. Looked like crap so I ordered the molding pieces off of the 'Bay for about $100 (kinda pricey for what it is, if you ask me).
Before (looks like poo):

The screws from the old molding were still attached, but the heads were stripped. Grrr
Had to drill them both out:

After that it was cake. Makes a HUGE difference in appearance:

When I first looked at the pictures of my car before I bought it I was worried I would need the same. I was greatly relieved when went to see it in person that the dealer had already done it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I agree, it looks tons better than when I bought it, and although pricey, I also agree that it was definitely worth it. Something small like that makes a big difference.
