Default Interior help?

I started my summer project and I need help on how people went about redoing the fabric on the doors. I see how it comes off but there are plastic rivets, and I dont want to break them.

If you break them off, you can go to homedepot and get a pop riveter and rivets for like $20

hmm, how does one take the door panel off? this is on my summer to do list too, so I might redo the fabric there and repaint the handles at the same time so they match.

Instead of starting a new thread, thought I'd revive this one.

I've replaced all the fabric trim in my B5 (headliner, rear deck, A pillars, center console lid, even wrapped C pillars) except my door inserts still have the sagging stock fabric...

The passenger front door panel is off (also installing an entire aftermarket audio system) and it looks like thing would need to be cut to get the piece off that holds the fabric. Since the original pictures here no longer work, does anyone have any suggestions? I could take a picture of the inner door panel if someone would be willing to mess with it in Paint or something
