Default Ipod hookup to 97 bose

Just wondering trying to do some research on this and cant find a lot of helpful information.

I want to hookup my ipod or iphone to my car stereo, it says delta on the front for the car stereo.

But yah i am not sure how to go about doing this i've read some information about cd changer plug i can replace with rca cables.

I dont care if it charges my ipod or not it would be nice but not a biggy.

Thanks = )

Blitzsafe. But I thought Delta was non Bose? I might be wrong. Also idk if Blitzsafe works on non Bose.

Dension also makes their ICE link. I have it but I want to downgrade to the Blitzsafe because I don't like the radio having control over my songs. I prefer to change them on the iPhone but lots prefer the function.
