its doing it AGAIN!!

Angry its doing it AGAIN!!

ok its doing it again.... i go over 65ish and the fuel pump fuse blows... ive tried 15, 20 and now i have 25 on and im hoping it fixes the problem... ive already replaced the fuel filter and checked the pump for wattage output and idk what else to do... any ideas?

you know when i bought my car and checked all the fuses my fuel pump wasnt right so i changed it to what factory said and it blew it everytime so im using 25 no issue at all

did it blow everytime u went over 65?... cuz for the last month or 2 the 20 has been holding up great... then the other day it blew, now im trying a 25 but i still dont wanna go over 65 cuz its a pita having to pul over in the middle of a freeway just to change a fuse then have to merge with everyone else already doing 70mph

just hook it up to a circuit breaker. then everytime it trips, just reset it lol. it's probably a bad pump or bad wiring. you might be able to find the problem if you had vag com. pm auditech79 and see if he has any insight. there has to be a short some where in the wiring

well why would the ground or wiring only mess up over 65mph?

idk maby its moving but hey did replacing your fuel filter help with gas at all?

fuel filter seemed to fix the dying at idle problem lol... i replaced the fuel filter like 3 or 4 days after i bought the car so i never noticed any difference
