I got 42 wheel h.p. on my 2000 A4 fwd.Needless to say,I'm very impressed!! The car pulls like a ***** from 3 thousand rpms to 5 thousand rpms!!. My only other mods are the Forge 007 diverter valve and short throw shifter (for now).The shop (N.G.P.) workers were very pleasant,and answered all of my questions.Next I'm looking at a larger intercooler, and possibly the KO-4 turbo upgrade,which will enhance the previous mods.

 

OP: don't forget a new DV in the near future, the stock one won't hold your new boost levels for too long.

TPAM, the KO4 is a waste of money as a stand alone mod, and you won't feel much of a difference with it unless you get a tune for it as well. The HP per $ spent is pretty low. Unless you're KO3 is blown, and you need to replace it, the KO4 is just going to leave you wishing you saved a bit more for an elim, or bigger. Now, if you're replacing a blown KO3, then the extra couple bucks for the KO4 is a plausable option.
