So i went to bed last early knowing i had a long day i get up at 8:30 make some phone calls to AWE and Tyrolsport...they give me different info about the K04 "chip" at first i need the PC-16 and 310cc injectors and a 3 bar...okay sign me up ill be in later on
get a call back we dont have the injectors or the 310cc injectors theyll be in in 2 weeks!!??
OOh okay right right you tell um!
Tyrolsport were chatting chatting yeah they never made a PC-16 for your car (2001.5) all you have is a K04 flash and you need 380cc injectors and a 5 bar...if your intercooled (well i had that ordered already comes in on friday)

So it was a beautiful day in Jersey So i decided to skip class andgo to queens and get it done...i had 9 psi for the last week and it was terrible hearing the spooling go to waste

so i get there around 4 and you would never know this shop was there but inside its SOOOOO NICE if you havnt been there go to them real cool guys and they know what their doing (www.tyrolsport.com) i was there when they did the photo shoot of that red a4
so there all done i pull out A HUGE OIL SPOT! and it just keeps dripping out so yeah its sitting in queens right now and im in brooklyn waiting for it to get checked out..but good thing is they put the tip in sport mode so ill let everyone know how it turns out tomorow! [:'(]

 

holy **** that sucks man. what in the world could have they have done to make your car lose oil from chipping and injectors lol. i hope they really did know what they were doing. good luck man

 

No They didnt change the Injectors yet...and the oil spot wasnt from them it was from me..i think its from the the turbo return line so i just got to get something up there to tighten it or take it off the replace tha amazing we made for it

okay i got to my car and they tightened the return line that magically got loose

first off the sound of the turbo at around 5k RPM is just UHHHHHHHH so amazing!! and i only have the K04 file! once i get FMIC injectors then reflased again and the meth kit in the mail! i just cant wait to have a hott car thats real quick!

oh! and if you can get your hands on a vagcom DEFFENITLY PUT IT IN SPORT MODE! the shifting isnt manual speeds but as you hit it to shiftit shifts not like before when it was hit it....shift so yeah it was def worth tha night out in brooklyn and sleeping on a couch for this! much more to come
