Is the k03 turbo in a S4 the same K03 turbo in an A4? Or are they designed differently for each car? I ask this because I'm looking for a k03 for my 2001 A4 1.8T and found a k03 for sale from a 2001 or 2004 S4... Anyone know?

Blast, how about a k03 turbo from a98 Audi A4 Quattro AEB engine type? Is that the same k03 as a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro? I believe my engine type is AWM.

 

Its is a little differnt, but it will fit. The 01+ turbos are better than the 2000 and older ones

 

yeah, u wouldn't want to put a k03 from a 96-00 unless u randomly had one and desperately needed it to be installed because your k03s blew up

but like cincy said, it will still work.

 

Face lift = K03s (170bhp stock, with mapping up to 210-220bhp)
Pre-face liftK03 (150bhp stock, with mapping about 190-200bhp)
